Is GDS a unique school

| I can't think of a single quality which is unique to GDS. The package as a whole is, perhaps, unique, but no more special than any other good private school - each one is a different mix of qualities, so each one is unique. |

Every school is unique. I feel badly when someone posts this kind of comment on an anonymous board... a true set up. If the school interests you, then tour it and try to talk to families who are part of the community.
With that being said, I can't imagine that any parent at any of the independents would not feel their school is unique, because each one has something special to offer. |

| This is a tough crowd! Original Poster, you should know that the "Private/Independent Schools" forum is a little like the Wild West. People have unfortunately gotten used to fake posts used to stir up controversy, and may think yours is such an ersatz post. If it is genuine, I would advise (1) using the search function to check out other posts about GDS, which talk a lot about the characteristics/attributes of the school; and (2) just trying to talk to some real live parents at the school. (And if this is a fake post, yep, you got me!) |
