DD is of average height and will be 2 yo in October. I am wondering whether I should fork out $$ for a woolino sleep sack or just use a blanket, since she will probably transition to a toddler bed this winter. |
Age 3 but she was tiny and kicked off her blanket a lot |
DD was a June birthday and went into a twin bed just past her 2nd bday. So that winter before we still used one….. so 18-21 mos ish |
Until almost 2. We just switched to pajamas and it was pretty simple. |
Till age 3 when we switched to toddler bed |
I will keep her in her woolino as long as possible because I think it’s so lovely. |
3 or 4. They loved those things. ![]() |
Same. 5 year old eod sleep in one if i let her. We never had fancy woolini but did have a really warm fluffy one from amazon. She slept so well in it. |
OP here. Thank you. Did you buy the footed ones? |
2.5 when she asked for a blanket instead |
DD1 until 2.5 when she night potty trained and we wanted to make sure things were easy when she woke up. Cut to every night getting one call to fix her blanket that is off the bed, twisted....DD2 is 3 and night trained and still in a sleep sack. She has a blanket but doesn't notice when it twists or falls off. Love sleep sacks so much! |
Until 3. We moved her to a toddler bed around 3.5 but transitioned out of the sleep sack when she outgrew her last one at 3. She was really attached to it and we gave her the option to have her favorite stuffed toy wear it to bed or to go to bed holding it like a blanket. She only did that once or twice and then I was able to add it to the donation box. |
We had a woolino but my son was really tall so we had to stop just after his 2nd birthday. My youngest we stopped with sleep sacks and moved to blankets at 1.5. |

Once they're potty trained, you don't really want them in sleep sacks. |
2-2.5, once they figured out how to climb out of the crib. |
