iso practitioner to figure out menopause, adhd and anxiety drugs

Can anyone recommend where I can get help finding the right balance of hormones and meds to help me with menopause and now an adhd diagnosis, on top of years of anxiety? I’m tired of trying to put the pieces together myself. At this point I’ll pay out of network.

Alvord and Baker?
Chesapeake ADHD?

Any recommendations for people at these places or others? Would a holistic, functional med MD work? Thank

Try the Amen Clinic in Reston. Don't need the brain scan. They can just do medication. They were the only ones that could figure out the medication cocktail I needed.
