*fat not fit |
Posters who think it's their role to decide how OP should feel about something. This is also just a pet peeve of mine in life. If someone says "My MIL always insists on hosting Thanksgiving and it's making me feel frustrated that I'm not allowed to host my own holiday," it's not helpful to say "You shouldn't feel frustrated because x, y, and z." Once someone feels a way about something, that's how they feel. Telling them to just have a different visceral reaction is not actually helpful and just make people feel invalidated and defensive and the whole thing just descends into bickering.
The only way to resolve problems like that is to accept that everyone's feelings are valid and look for practical solutions. "Feel different" is never a practical solution! I wish people would start to understand this more because it seems like this is 90% of the conflict in my life, is everyone just standing around expecting other people to have different emotions and... it's not gonna happen, folks. |
This is completely true but there is no way dcum posters are going to stop doing it. |
The white women all look like old hags at 25/Asians never age/black don’t crack poster.
|
I completely agree but would extend it across the board. So annoying. Ohhhhh looks like _____ found this thread Looks like OPs _____ is on dcum! Hello _____! No. Just stop. |
Those who call multiple people “one obsessed poster” or “one defensive poster”. |
lol yes clearly they have issues. |
People who say "anyways" and "welp!" |
Right on! |
The poster who constantly asks what men like and then get mad when it's not what she wants to hear. The poster obsessed with cheater's getting karma. The open marriage guy . The transgender fetishist. |
The sexist posters be they male or female, super annoying and ruin threads with their nonsense. |
Ugh! |
Anyone who uses “unhinged”. |
This always make me laugh, especially when it's obvious from details in posts that it's multiple posters coming at something from different angles all telling this person they are wrong, and they are like "omg sorry you are so obsessed with me." Like sometimes you just have to laugh at people for being that obtuse. |
The trolls that think they are super clever and zingy. Though mostly I find them cute. Also anyone that writes “problem solved”. |
