Thank goodness real lacrosse will start soon. Could care less who goes to MIT, Tufts, or an Ivy has nothing to do with lacrosse. Big questions are who will step in a goalie and FO and can SJC stay ahead of Zaga and PVI in the WCAC
Goalie is a battle between a senior and sophomore. Both are solid.
FO is another story. No clue
Zaga will likely be the favorite in the Catholic league this Spring. Both PVI and DeMatha will drop significantly this Spring relative to their teams last year.
The Cadets, while extremely well coached, will also take a step back. Graduating Tastey in the cage, Wheeler at the X , and now Duenkel at attack (perhaps he is cleared to play by the end of April...is it even worth it at that point), the Cadets will be an entirely different team this Spring.
Wes is playing a brutal non-league schedule in March, expect the Cadets to take some punches to the gut early on.
I still expect the Purples Eagles and SJC to cruise through WCAC league play.
