How much does it cost for a babysitter during the workday?

I am thinking of someone during my working hours even though I WFH.

Same rate as any other time, why would it be different? Check your local rates. If you're in DC, hourly rate for 1 kid is $16-20 for a babysitter. But if you need someone very day, you're looking for a nanny and prices and payment is different.

Depends on how many children and their ages. If you need someone reliable for a set number of hours on set days, it’s closer to $20 plus.

Well, you do at least need to pay minimum wage in MoCO

maybe for a high schooler. we pay 30/hr for experienced nanny who drives, cooks, etc. start at 20/hr for high schooler one kid and work your way up for experience and # of kids.

Do you mean a nanny? Also, once you hit a certain amount, you need to be paying taxes and treating them as your employee...
