| Any ideas? I made too much crust for my quiche and would like to make something else with it ... and not another quiche. |
| What about a savory tomato tart? Tomatoes aren't that good right now but it's worth a try. Just put it into Google and a ton of recipes come up. |
| A pot pie? Beef or chicken, onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, peas, some sort of a sauce (I usually just make a pan sauce by deglazing the pan and thickening with a tiny bit of roux). Top it with the crust. |
| Meat Pasties? I think the dough might work for that. |
| Carmalized onion or wild mushroom w/ fontina tart |

I think I tried this once and it was awful. It tasted like a bland tomatoe quiche. |
