| Anyone have one and like it, or anyone return it because it was awful? Thoughts? How does it help frizzy hair, if at all? |

I have one and LOVE it. It’s damn near life changing. I have fine hair but a ton of it and it takes ages to dry. This changed the game for me entirely.
My only complaint is that I don’t get as much volume as I did with my old dryer but my hair is smooth and dry in half the time it used to take. |

It was life-changing for me as well. It's so much quieter and dries in half the time. I have very thick straight hair that frizzes in humidity. Combined with the right smoothing spray or cream, the Dyson effectively combats the frizz. My DD also has thick hair, but hers is wavy; I can create beautiful waves for her with the Dyson. Blowouts last a long time.
I think it's worth every penny. I got mine at a discount through my hair stylist. |
| Yesss. I have the Airwrap and love it so much. Shocked by how good I can get my hair to look. This + good products (I love Oribe volume spray + Oribe super shine cream on dry hair + living proof anti-humidity spray) makes my blow out last 3 days. |
| I have the dryer, not the air wrap. I really like mine although it does sort of result in my hair having a slightly weird texture. Not really sure why, I’ve started using it on the second heat setting rather than the highest. I do think it was worth the money. I have very thick, frizzy hair and it helps reduce the frizz a ton. |

Ha, “life changing” is strong, but it was close to that for me too. I could never give myself a good blowout before, and I think the ergonomics and weight of the Dyson are game changing. I finally have nice hair.
I also have the air wrap and flat iron. I highly recommend all of them. |
| I love the air wrap. I almost never use the curling wands, but the flat and round brushes are fantastic. |
| Does anyone use the Dyson dryer with the diffuser? I have curly hair that is so much nicer when I diffuse but it takes so long. |
This is what I’m wondering. My curly hair stylist says she notices a difference when diffusing her and her clients’ hair. The curls are shinier and smoother, but it didn’t reduce dry time. |

I love my Dyson dryer but think it could be priced down a bit, for sure. But I've paid a pretty penny for many blow-dryers before and the Dyson is hands down my favorite because it really doesn't dry/burn your hair.
The one down side I had is that it died on me right before the warranty expired, and luckily they just replaced it, but I keep wondering if the replacement will die and then I'll have to fork out another payment to get a new one or if I will try something else. I have thick, curly hair that I blow dry into straight or voluminous waves, and I don't really think it has a faster dry time than my other $$ hair-dryers but my hair definitely looks less dry and shinier when I used the Dyson. If you can afford it, get it. If not, there's plenty of really good dryers for half the price or even less. |
| Forget the dryer get the complete Airwrap. |
