Frittata pans

Anonymous
Sorry for the repost, I initially posted in the wrong forum. What oven safe pan do you recommend for making frittatas? Thanks

I just use an All-Clad saute pan because I cook frittatas on the stove and then pop them in the oven on broil for a bit to brown up the top.

Me, too--All Clad with generous amount of butter! No need for an special fritatta pan.

The Tramontina brand would also be good and not as expensive as All-Clad. As long as the pan is heavy-bottomed, it should work.

I use a large square faberware dish. It works perfectly.

Regular iron skillet that we use for everything else. Works great if well-seasoned.

I use this same method, but with a non-stick Calphalon saute pan.
