Pointed toe shoes in style?

| Cleaning out my closet and I have two pairs of pointed toe pumps (kitten heel, black leather, one patent) that I bought at Ann Taylor probably 3-4 years ago. I didn't wear them that much and then not at all when I was pregnant. I do like them but wonder of they're still in style. I noticed that the catalogues all seem to have more almond toe shoes. I did see a few pointy-toe flats. Thanks for your help. |

| there are pointy toed shoes in current collections like jimmy choo etc. i think they are coming back. or maybe never really left... |

| How pointed are they? I think pointed toe shoes are definitely in, what aren't in are the exagerated points that go on for like 3 inches. |

my feet agree, but my vanity loves the way they elongate the leg.

| are you sure you're buying the right sizes? i had shoe "troubles" because my feet are wide, but if I get the right size i never have problems with pointy toe shoes. it sounds like you need a longer shoe. your toes shouldnt be near the points. |

| Pointy toe shoes have never gone out of style. Look at all the high-end shoes - Blahnik has only done them. Round toes are out. |
