| My child doesn’t get any options except for the one elective and math (she’s taking geometry). Otherwise, she’s taking English, history, science and PE (mandatory, daily). They don’t offer honors classes. |

Sorry DC is in 7th so I probably shouldn’t even comment but I have to say, remember that a lot of smart kids are just going to do so much better with an intense schedule! Have faith.
Or don’t, you know your child best.
