| Does Koons at Tyson's handle all the paperwork for the title and registration when the buyer lives in Maryland? I know that the inspection must be done by the buyer at a MD inspection station. But would the buyer need to go to the MD MVA to do the paperwork herself? |

I bought my car in Maryland and I'm from VA. They did all the paperwork. All I have to do was picking up tag and license plate at the dealer (or they could mail it to you).
