Visitor Parking Permits, DC

Has anyone tried the new Visitor Parking website? I have tried it and so far have been unsuccessful. I successfully opened an account, after it refused to acknowledge my address, but now it shows a permit that will not print. The old system worked just fine for me. No issues.
