I have dark hair and medium skin. The darker the hair and lighter the skin the better. I did one treatment and am already significantly better.

I go to the Center for Laser Surgery near AU in DC. http://www.lasersurgery.com. I chose this center because they have multiple types of lasers. Some dr offices and spas only have one or two different lasers and use them for everything, but certain lasers work better for certain treatments so you wouldn't necessarily be getting the best laser for what you needed. I have light hair and light to medium skin and also saw significant results after just one treatment.

I just went to Dr. Vorano (sp?)-the practice is called Medical Cosmetic, in Friendship Heights. It was CHEAP, and lovely (clean, nice people, brand new laser etc.) I got a deal on Groupon ($160 for 3 visits), but I swear I saw a sign in there that it was $99 a visit. I also snagged some Latisse while I was there, which was $125/6 weeks (I've heard some places charge as much as $160).
