![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What is the secret to their beautiful legs? |
Genetics (people carry their weight in different spots), low bodyfat percentage, exercise/strength training. |
to add to my genetics comments above. i have a friend who has incredible legs, however, the tradeoff is that she carries her weight in her mid section. So she looks great in shorts and a loose top, but not so great in a bikini. |
Yep. The two Jennifers have more muscular legs so you can tell that’s from training. Reese and Kate have naturally slender legs, not much muscle. Pretty in a different way! Genetics a factor for all to some degree. I always thought Carrie Underwood had nice muscular legs. Sarah Jessica Parker has the other kind- just naturally slender and almost no fat on them delicate little legs. |
This is me. Shorts and a loose top is my go-to. Although I like my legs less now that I have spider veins from pregnancy |
This is me too. I have an "apple" or "inverted triangle" shape, with broad shoulders and naturally shapely legs. I carry my weight in my breasts and midsection. I would never wear a bikini ![]() |
Sutton Foster. This isn't the best pic but she has long, dancer legs.

same here. That here, I think it is not that hard to have good legs? If you are in the least bit active, your legs will be in good shape. Much harder to achieve a flat stomach or toned arms. And things like long legs relative to your body is just genetics which you can't do anything about. |

Out of the OP photos, Jlo wins. Jen comes in 2nd. Reese and Kate don't have notable legs, just skinny legs. |
No, the gold standard is and always will be Tina Turner. |
There are a lot of bad legs out there. Skinny calves, cankles, varicose veins, thunder thighs, etc. |
No disrespect to Tina but, nope. It’s Naomi Campbell in her prime. |
Halle Berry
