Summer Camp travel questions?

Do the same rules apply about quarantining and getting a negative covid test apply for summer camps?

Yes

Depends on the camp.

DC's rules would only apply coming home from camp, not going to camp. And, yes, they apply to all travel out of state.

There are no DC "rules." Travel-related mandated were lifted by the most recent mayor's order. What remains is a travel "guidance" that is clearly phrased as a recommendation. See both here: https://coronavirus.dc.gov/healthguidance

So yes, it depends on the individual camp.

I wonder how many camps will try to enforce this guidance. People could probably ask for a refund if their kids were excluded based on prior travel and this rule was not stated in the contract.
