Why are links to NIH studies banned?

Those links aren't blocked. What would ad revenue have to do with it?

I posted a couple really informative studies from the NIH site and they were blocked. I have a cousin who had a kidney transplant and didn’t develop antibodies due to the immunosuppressant. I was researching to try and allay his terror (he’s really scared) and came upon some studies that showed promising cross-protection with tetanus. He brought copies of the studies to his kidney doc who was pleased to have them. I thought they could help some here who were concerned about their own family members/friends.

And I mentioned ad revenue because I know Google can be heavy-handed (my own experience)

I would guess you drew your own conclusions in addition to the link, which may not have been a valid layman interpretation. Or a bare link.
