thong underwear - what are the donts?

My girlfriend finally convinced me to start wearing thong underwear this winter with pants. So now the weather is warmer and I'm wondering can/should I wear them with loose skirts? I had on a light weight knit skirt today and with the breeze I was afraid the wind would blow it up and everyone would see my tush. I'm thinking it was a bad choice of underwear for this outfit. Probably did not need to wear a thong because a loose skirt won't show a panty line anyway - right?

So - what should you NOT wear thong underwear with?

I would not recommend them over torquoise spandex leggings. Other than that, I can't think of anything.

I wear them only when panty lines are an issue. With a loose skirt I probably wouldn't.

I wear them with everything. What are the odds of your skirt flying up that high? And honestly, if it does, are you going to be that much more embarrassed by exposing your "tush" than your granny panties?
