Infertility Support and Discussion
I am in the 2ww, and had the normal signs of ovulation w/cervical fluid around D17. Today (13DPO) i noticed slippery/clear cervical fluid...Could this be a sign of pregnancy? I have not noticed this in the past post ovulation, but have read a few things that say that cervical fluid could be a sign of pregnancy b/c of hormonal changes in your body. Anyone have something similar?
I did. I noticed it during my 2 ww, googled it, and saw that it was a symptom - I think it has to do with the mucus plug forming? Anyway, I ended up being pregnant. At 13 dpo, you could take a test... (get a digital). Good luck!
At 13dpo i would not get a digital, would want to see the faint line
11:25 - did you notice it on and off or every time you checked during 2ww? I have had it sporadically, but today was the most noticeable, almost similar to what I see around ovulation.
11:35 here - I'm sorry, I don't remember. I think it probably was more than once if I thought it was unusual and worth googling. Also, I should clarify - it sounds like you are talking about checking your cervix as in TCOYF, but I'm talking about when I wiped/on my underwear.
no I was talking about the same as you, wiped/on underwear...

I too am in my tww and having that clear/slippery cm... which i've never had before. crossing fingers i guess. i've heard about more cm during pregnancy but didn't know about the clear/slippery kind being a pregnancy sign.
Yes, it sure can indicate pregnancy - clear and silky CM. I had a lot of it that I had to wear a liner. It's a balancing act among your hormones. GL! |
With both of my pregnancies (during the 2ww) I had more cervical mucous. Like someone blew their nose into my underwear (wow, glad this forum is anonymous!). Just one time each. I remember thinking maybe it was due to the formation of the mucous plug, but who knows.
