Does BRYC Elite Academy Pre-ECNL teams play in EDP league this year?
Not that I’m aware of. They usually play up one year, division 1, ncsl
This may be a new development. As far as I know BRYC didn’t have any teams in EDP before. Is this a good thing or bad?
EDP may be a recommendation from the ECNL folks. To try and gauge if they are ready to compete in ECNL.
Yes- they will be in EDP this year.
EDP is a good league with promotion and relegation between divisions. There will be more travel than with NCSL because you will face more Maryland teams.
Yes and the teams are very competitive. Really like EDP. Second year in the league and I'm rather surprised more NOVA teams aren't participating. |
Does this mean the current ECNL teams that performed so poorly this past year will be moving to EDP as well?
Is this what they were in before ECNL?
It is the 2nd teams that will play in EDP. Top teams are still ECNL.
Where is this announced
It is a shell game. These BRYC teams already exist in multiple age groups. You can look at them now. Moving them from NCSL to EDP will not change the teams.
I don’t get the reason behind moving to EDP. I thought they were perfectly fine with NCSL?
Wait They are gonna continue to bring down the ECNL with their poor showings? Also their 2nd teams didn't exactly win anything in NCSL. Not even sure any boys teams were even in ncsl d-1. |
Bump. So will U10 top teams be in U10 while second and bridge are NCSL this fall? What about the non ECNL academy second teams and non Bridge teams for U13 and above?
