What COVID rules are indoor sports leagues using?

Loudoun Soccer has mostly eliminated its restrictions.
Meanwhile FSBL hasn't changed anything from the winter season. Still requiring a COVID manager per team to check temperatures and send in questionnaires to the league, and masks worn at all times, including while playing.

My son plays indoor basketball and it changes by tournament every weekend. Some require masks for players, some don’t.

Ugh, my kids are playing summer basketball. What a drag to have to play in masks when covid is basically over here.

Farmwell Station Basketball League, about on par with AYBL(Ashburn).

That’s weird because my friends son played in south Loudoun basketball and they didn’t have to wear masks last winter! So it’s clearly not a Loudoun requirement.

Strange because Parks and Rec definitely had the requirements, but enforcement is largely in the hands of the league. Giant was not as strict in the spring.
