Any experience with Au Pair World? Cultural Care?

We are trying to decide which one to use. This is our first attempt at getting an au pair. So, we wanted to know if there are any pros/cons for using either service.

One girl. Preschool.

You can search using multiple agencies. Cultural Care and Au Pair in America have the biggest pools. None of the agencies are great. Your success in the program depends on your ability to screen and select an au pair. Don't depend on the agency to do this for you.

Keep in mind how big the rematch pool is, and check out your LCC (or whatever acronym a specific agency uses for the rep who meets with the APs at least monthly).

We use cultural care. We love our AP but the program and fees are a racket. Our AP thinks Cultural Care has the highest quality APs.
