Do you have a baby daddy - make him do 50% of the emotional and physical labor of child raising. Why do you have a standard of X that DH can’t meet or doesn’t care about? Ask yourself that.
You are a valid person if your house isn’t clean, if you didn’t shower, if your kid missed an assignment (in a pandemic too).
Tell your job you can’t do something because of your kid. Any boss who is worthy of being a boss gets that. And if you will be fired for demanding changes to BS that doesn’t work for you as a parent do the minimal until you can find something else
