crest whitestrips

i have developed a serious coffee habit...coupled with red wine a few nights a week=yellowish teeth. I recall the whitestrips working REALLY well when i used them a few years back. Thoughts? Do you like them/notice a big difference?

Haven't tried these, but just got bleaching trays from my dentist. $400 for the trays, includes some bleach, only has to be done for a few weeks once per year or so.

I understand its not bad for the teeth at all, but could increase sensitivity.
