I can’t recall if it was JCrew or loft where the jeans run quite large in comparison to the same size in Madewell, etc.. |
I think Loft varies widely. I get 2-3 sizes and return as needed. |
Loft runs very big |
Yes, I'm an 8 petite most places but often 4 and sometimes 2 in loft! |
Loft is enormous. As are most "mall" brands. |
Yes. I have to size down 2 sizes compared to other brands. |
I didn't realize Loft ran big, but I know Jcrew certainly does. I wear size 0 for bottoms and I know for a fact I'm not a zero anywhere else. |
Yes. LOFT is so egregious with the vanity sizing. Everything runs 2 sizes large. |
Yes like Gap, vanity sizing but looks great and feels nice to be a size 2. |
For me everything runs very big unless it's haute couture, and then I'm reminded that I'm not actually a *real* size 0, ha. |
Places like Loft make me angry. I'm a tiny person. Loft and similar stores size me right out of clothing. |
Same. And people love to act like this is a problem of privilege, maybe it is, but if a 5’9 woman is wearing a line’s XS and it doesn’t go smaller, that line isn’t h inclusive. It has sized out a lot of women. |
YES! I am a very athletic, muscular 5'5" larger boned woman (large wrists (bracelets never fit) and big rib cage). I wear an XXS in LOFT and jeans (Even with totally muscular thighs) a size 2. There is no world that my build should be wearing sizes that small. BUT--its the same at JCrew and Banana Republic and Athleta (holy crap does that run big). I don't know what my tiny, petite friends do nowadays! |
Fat women have this issue as well |
Nobody said you didn’t. |
