Has anyone been to Dave and busters or sky zone

Did you feel comfortable letting your kids play here?

I have 2 tweens. I would like to start letting them hang out with friends again. DS used to love Dave and busters. He also used to love Chuck E. Cheese. I think he just enjoys these game places. I’m not sure how I feel about these germy places even though I know that touch surfaces is not how covid spreads.

Not those places specifically, my kids are still too young. But we’ve been to some of the indoor playgrounds and it’s been fine. I think if anything now is the time to go. People are still gun-shy (even though, as you said, Covid isn’t spread on surfaces!) and they aren’t super crowded yet.

My DS5 has been asking to go the past year. I want to wait until the summer when more people are vaccinated and community numbers go down even more.

Btw, I can't believe so many of the local Chuck E Cheeses are open again.

I thought Chuck E Cheese had gone bankrupt?

I am taking my 14 yo DD and her friends to Dave and Buster's for their 8th grade promotion.

Sky zone, yes. Very limited capacity so it was easy to climb not next to people, and some columns were blocked off to help with SD. Mask compliance was pretty high, though I went before the latest CDC changes.

It felt pretty safe.
