Independent Living at CCRC, has open apartments

If you or someone you know is looking for IL at a CCRC, there are some open apartments at Greenspring in Springfield. Walking to my parent’s apartment, I noticed 5 newly open apartments. And I only have to walk down two short hallways

I think many people delayed moves during Covid since there were so many restrictions. I think there are probably many openings now.

My parents moved in during the pandemic. They certainly got a better deal because people didn’t want to move. But in my small walks around I didn’t see too many rooms open. But this many apartments in just 2 hallway seems like a lot. Unless all the empty apartments just happen to be located in those 2 hallways, I suspect that there are more places available.

My parents place would not allow move ins during most of Covid. They got in just before and it was awful. Every week some new restriction. They wished they
were still in their own home.
