Howard County-Recommendation for Oral Surgeon for 15 year old

I just found out my DD, age 15 needs all 4 wisdom teeth out!
They are already becoming impacted!
We had extensive orthodontic work and extractions previously, but now this!
I know in the scheme of things it is way minor, but I am still upset, I never had my wisdom teeth out and it seems like a brutal procedure.
The two oral surgeons we are going to consult with are Dr. Nessif and Dr. Pamela Sherman.
Does anyone have experience with either of them?
My DD has a low pain threshhold and is sensitive, so I want someone gentle.
So, please respond if you have any advice or experiences to share, or other recommendations-I would be willing to go to doctors in Montgomery county if anyone knows of a great one.
