Have bought too many seeds

I am first time gardener, and I have bought too many seeds from amazon/etsy/stores because I want to plant this and that. I have opened all seed packets (they all say expired 12/31/21), and used only a portion of them. How should I keep them, in airtight container? And, if I want to share some of my seeds to my friend, how to give it out? Those seeds are so tiny, should I wrap them in napkin, zip lock bag or plastic wrap?

My mom usually gives me seeds in an envelope or a little reusable plastic container.

Zip lock bags with the envelope inside so they know what they're getting and have planting instructions.
