| Could you recommend your favorite netting for vegetable garden? I have the AG fabric netting and wondering whether the veggies will get enough sun with it. Thanks! |
| It depends on what you are trying to keep out. |
| DP but similar question. Mainly trying to keep birds out. Bonus points if it doesn't get too tanged- the one I bought a couple years ago is pretty flimsy and gets tangled and twisted easily. |
yes and squirrels. thanks! |
Bird netting is kind of a pain, the flimsy kind is the only kind I know of. Use zip ties to attach it to a frame made of PVC or wood or something. Otherwise you could use chicken wire. I'm sure squirrels could chew through bird netting. |
| Has anyone used zippers or velcro as an easier way to get IN to the netting after you've set it up over a garden? I want to cover my tomatoes this year (stupid starlings) but need to figure out how to actually pick the tomatoes while keeping the enclosure secure. |

PP again- something like this, although this is out of stock and I can't find something similar!

| Just have the net overlap like curtains. Pull back to get to tomatoes. It works fine. |
