Anyone else have VA EZ pass toll sent from Transurban to NCC?

I just got a letter from NCC after missing a toll payment from a vehicle with an expired EZPass transponder. I misplaced the initial toll invoice and totally forgot about it.

I haven't received a letter like this in 25+ years. Trying to figure out if this goes on my credit report or if prompt payment to NCC prevents it from going on credit report.

Any experience? Thanks.
