Are home prices in the tristate area commuter suburbs soaring with the escape from apartments and low interest rates? It appears that way.
Any good value deals in Manhattan to be had? |

| Suburbs just had a big step function up in Value as people left apartment or coop quarantine life w kids. I don’t see it coming down, especially if work from home is more of an option or a couple days a week or one week home one week in. |

| Manhattan definitely dipped on the rental front - I think almost as much as 10% but it is starting to climb back. |
