Over a week I try to do 2/3 at a manageable but elevated rate and the rest pushing harder, occasionally much harder.

I usually do HIIT, so anything from 60 to 90-95%. I always slow down when I reach 100%.

Majority of time I’m in Zone 3 or 4 (aerobic and threshold) on my garmin. I go into zone 5 if doing high intensity intervals or running. I have a really hard time keeping my heart rate down running. Any strength workouts are much lower.
