Greek yogurt and granola.
Smoothies with protein (flax seeds), fat (avocado), fruit and veggies Apple and nut butter Brown rice cake with cream cheese, cucumbers and onions Hard boiled eggs |
| Pumpkin seeds are great. Healthy fats and ward off nausea without adding too much weight gain. |
| There are some essentially chocolate bars that are marketed as protein bars cause they have a fair amount of protein as well. That was a good "compromise" food for me - helped my sweet tooth, but some protein in there too, so not quite the same as just eating cookies for breakfast, plus they're individually wrapped which helps me with portion control. |

Chia pudding Greek yogurt Oatmeal balls Apple and nut buttter Cheese and crackers Hummus with crackers or veggies Guacamole with hummus and veggies Protein smoothie Protein bars ( I like RX and Lara Bars) |
I forgot to add Eggs ( scrambled or hard boiled) I add hemp seeds to most of everything I eat I make my own muffins and add protein. I make my own snacks like oatmeal bites. |
