body wash for torso acne?

DS has been getting a lot of acne on his back and upper chest. I’d appreciate suggestions for a body wash to help. He currently uses a bar of sensitive skin dove soap.

Neutrogena has a body acne body wash that is pretty good.

NP. DD is going through the same. I read on here that antifungal shampoo could help. Does anyone have specific suggestions?

We get a prescription sulfur wash from the derm.

DD’s dermatologist recommended PanOxyl Acne Wash 10% (not 4% acne wash) for back/chest acne and it’s working great for DD.

Yes. Rub it on the back or anywhere on body in the shower. Make sure to rinse well so you don't stain your towels or clothes. (benzoyl peroxide does that)

Using a surgical brush and/or a long handled still bath brush is a huge assist.
