DC is starting preschool in the fall, and I'm trying to figure out packed lunches. He likes pasta like mac and cheese and tortellini and pesto, but do things like that freeze and reheat well? He's an only child and the only one who will eat those dishes. But I don't really want to make mac and cheese on a weekend and feed it to him 3 days in a row.
Any other lunch ideas for protein sources (other than peanut butter)? |
