I transplant everything outdoor today, hope they will survive

The seedlings are not growing well at home since I don’t have grow lights or natural sun lights, so I decide to transplant them all outdoors today. I am in zone 7, and the next week will be 67 at most to 43 at least, and some railings. Will they survive? I have transplant bell pepper, herbs, tomato, peas etc outdoors. Should I make some diy cover with garage bag or use umbrella as cover for them to act as greenhouse to survive rain and chill night?

Put some empty pots over them to cover at night. I left a tray of pepper seedlings out last night and they looked a little sad in the morning but perked up. It’s going to be a bit colder tonight so I would cover.

Peas and most herbs except for basil and cilantro will be fine. You just need to protect the rest.
