Sex with Crinone?

For those who have used Crinone to support a pregnancy possible pregnancy, did you have sex or have any issues with sex while you were on it? Did you get any guidance from your Dr?

I did 8 cycles of crinone (5 IUI cycles, 3 FETs). TMI, but the buildup gets pretty bad if you don’t clean it out on occasion, and sex was the last thing I wanted while I was on it. And for my one successful pregnancy out of all of that, I ended up on crinone until I was 9w. My RE told me that there were no physical reasons to avoid sex while on it, though.
