2nd tri and I’m having a lot of pain on the inside of one thigh. By the end of the day it’s pretty unbearable. It gets better with rest but hasn’t ever gone away. I’ve gotten pretty sedentary because of it and have my legs propped up all day at work. I had this at the end of my prior pregnancy, so I figure that’s why it came back so early this time.
What can I do? I wear a maternity support belt but it doesn’t help the leg at all. Would PT make this go away? I’m reluctant to do PT because of the time commitment and because it will go away after delivery. |
| Bump- anyone? |
| Yep, your inner thigh squeezes to keep your pelvic floor stable. Worth getting a pelvic floor evaluation, you can go get relief and get exercises to do on your own and then after labor have someone on your team to go to. The time sink isn’t worth it if your Ok with being in pain. |
