DC cops crash while drag racing at 5 pm

This is a crazy story. Apparently they haven't even cited the officers yet, although they took them off the streets and the email from management says some of the right things.

It’s Fox 5, which is not exactly the same as Fox. And yes, the reporting was from emails obtained exclusively by a Fox 5 reporter.

My friend lives near there and I walk with my child and hers across that street all the time. They were literally racing next to Kenilworth Park, where there is a track, tennis, hand ball and bike path. This also happened pretty near where the 7yo was shot Saturday. Great example for the community.

Really wonder whether cop turned on his camera intentionally or it just got turned on by the crash/airbag

They should be charged with the replacement cost for the vehicles with pay garnishment to pay the amount plus interest, like a car payment until the amount is paid off.
