Did you check Washington Parent summer camp directory? Montgomery Rec and Rockville Rec may have some art or theater weeks. Imagination Stage is having in-person theater camps all summer. Performance camps are at Smith JDS in Rockville. Adventure theater has their more intensive performance program at Wintergreen Plaza. Visarts in the Town Center probably has camp, too.
