Sky pencil holly

Recently discovered these—what an interesting plant!
I have a fence I want to plant some hedges in a row along. What would grow taller faster: sky pencil or emerald arborvitae?
And I know sky pencil doesn’t get too wide. Realistically, how much will they fill in?

emerald green will be faster than the SP and would be cheaper

Sp don't every get really wide or fluffy, SP are very susceptible to snow damage, wet heavy snow, SP splay out and break

EG can also suffer snow damage but not as bad. Deer will browse on EG's but not as much on the SP
