How many DCUMers?

I see posts where someone is accused of being a troll and they reply "No I am a real person, just ask Jeff!"

It made me wonder....how many unique visitors visit DCUM? Not just the ones that have accounts and usernames but the Anonymous ones (I imagine thats the vast majority of looky-loos and posters). And how many does Jeff know - i.e. can he tell who a person is by their subject preferences, writing styles, etc....or even just their IP addresses.

There are normally over 700,000 unique users per month. But about 60% of those are first time users -- probably people who googled something and found DCUM but will probably never be back. I am not sure how many daily or near daily users we have. But, there are only a handful -- less than 10 probably -- that I can recognize based on their writing style or IP addresses. When people say that you can ask me to prove they are real, they mean that I can look at their posting history and see that they don't have a pattern of trolling.
