I go to a gym - a boot camp style gym - but it doesn't do enough weight lifting for me. I like the gym and don't plan to change it but I'm looking for a little extra weight lifting at home.
Any app suggestions? I want a program that will walk me through free weight exercises and rep count. |
| I know its a horrid name, but I really liked the "Beachbody" program LIIFT4 by Joel Freeman and found it very effective. He's a great trainer. |

| FitBod is great. It calculates your workouts for you, using your last workout and recovery to do so. It’s very easy to use. |
