They said they will post who made it by May 1. As a general rule most of the kids that ended up on the field closest to the main parking lot (field 1) will make it and most of the kids on the further field (field 2) will not. It sounds like they will decide the actual teams at an additional practice/tryout

We are new to the travel soccer world, but had overheard another group of parents saying something similar - that there was a method to the madness with the field assignments which be used to gauge likelihood of getting on the team. But I had not heard what fields were what! So thanks for the tip about the Field 1 and Field 2. We are keeping fingers crossed, but there were lots of eager young boys playing their hardest!
