Ie: once the birth time is established, you get a few letters and then pick a name that starts with one of the three letters?

I’ve seen quite a few little Aryavs, Aariks, and Sahils. You can always go for a simple classic like Rohan, Rahul, or Neel. It’s highly likely a non-Indian will have seen these before. Kind of depends on what you’re going for.
