Traffice at 9:30am from Reagan Airport to NW DC?

Hello. Is there normally traffic at 9:30am during the middle of the week from Reagan until NW DC? Any idea how long it will take to get to American University?

Think there would be some traffic due to staggered start times. How about taking the metro from DCA to AU?

At that time of day, and depending which way you go, there shouldn't be tooo much traffic. I would say about 45 minutes? Could be closer to 30 if you get lucky.

It shouldn't be that much more than 30 minutes because at 9:30 am Rock Creek Parkway opens up to northbound traffic. If you have an important meeting, then I'd give yourself 45 minutes to be safe.
