Detergent for workout clothes?

What do you use to wash and protect your sweaty, stinky workout clothes?

Rockin' Green Active Wear detergent.

My Tide free and clear. I don't notice any smells

Oxy with odor blaster.

Make sure you switch your washing machine to the waterproof cycle else the stinky workout clothes (which are pretty water resistant) might not get cleaned. So it could be your washing machine setting and not your detergent if you're having problems.

A scoop of Borax booster.

Add a capful (or less) of eucalyptus oil to the wash. Kills all odors even with sensitive laundry detergent.

Add white vinegar to the bleach compartment, and a few extra rinses. Not too much detergent.

Same.

I use our regular laundry detergent but I air dry all workout clothes and socks. No smells.

Whatever you do, don't use fabric softener or dryer sheets. They ruin the moisture-wicking properties of workout clothing.

Defunkify Free & Clear. It's the only thing that works on my daughter's sweaty sports clothes and doesn't irritate her sensitive skin.

I use Hex which is formatted for synthetic fabrics. They have an anti stink spray that really works.

Throw in a splash of Simple Green. It won't matter what detergent you use.
