Can any dealership service new car issue?

Anonymous
We bought our Pacifica at a dealer 30min away from us, but we do have a dealership that's 5min away (which didn't have the car we needed in stock). Question is that there's a couple issues, 1) floor mat not clicking, 2) one of the buttons for one side door seems to not work 1/2 the time. Can I call any Chrysler dealership and have them look at it, assume that's covered under warranty? Or need to stick to where I bought it from?

Any Chrysler dealer is obligated to provide you with warranty service, regardless of where you bought the car.

Any Chrysler dealer.

Great thanks!

Yes, your warranty is from Chrysler, not from the individual dealership. So any Chrysler dealership is required to honor the warranty and provide you with service.

Any dealer will be happy- margins for service are much better than sales
