I am the poster interested in Stoddert Soccer for my kid.
I see that Stoddert has teams in CCL, NCSL, and MSI Classic. I can figure out where CCL and MSI play by looking at their schedule, but NCSL has me confused, I think because soccer doesn't have a team in that league in his age group this year. Can someone tell me where NCSL plays? I see, for example, that there are NCSL teams that play at Shenandoah college, but would a Stoddert player have to travel that far for a regular weekend game? |

It depends on which clubs are in your division. I recommend looking at the divisional structure for this current season for your kids current age group to get a sense of which clubs are included and where they are located. Generally speaking it’s mostly Northern Virginia, some Maryland and then within Virginia you could be going as far as Loudoun or Fredericksburg.

| NCSL is the largest league in the dc area. your home games would be played at stodderts home field most likely the field you train at.. Your road games will be played at your opponents home field. It could be as close as in DC , Fairfax or Montgomery County . Or as far away as Richmond Va Shenandoah VA, St Marys, MD , Poolesville MD. |
So, the issue I'm having is that it doesn't look like Stoddert is playing in NCSL this year, or at least not in his age group. Stoddert's site says they play either MSI classic OR NCSL and it depends on the needs of the team, so I guess they decided MSI this year? Anyway, because of that, I can't figure out which of the 6 divisions in the age group he'd be in. I thought maybe someone whose kid has played with them might know. |
